God is telling you and I there is death for all of us. But then we find that the scriptures tell us that, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." (John 14:2-3)
So, we can see that there is death for all of us, but there is also life after death. We can have a place in heaven with God if we believe in Jesus Christ and follow His teachings.
This is a great comfort to us, and it should give us hope in the face of death. We know that we will not be alone, and that we will be in a better place.
So, let us not fear death, but let us look forward to it with hope. We can know that we will be with God, and that we will be happy forever.
